JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader, you will have personnel responsibility for the Signal Technicians in your workgroup, and you will lead, plan, and distribute their work. You will also have full budget and work environment responsibility. You will have continuous contact with our customer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence your operations by planning and implementing projects based on Infranord's visions and goals. The role also involves constantly contributing improvements to streamline work. Additionally, you will be driven to engage and motivate your employees daily in their work.

You will work on behalf of the Site Manager, who is also your immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in the electrical and energy program or equivalent. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We prefer that you have previous experience in leadership and knowledge of or experience in the railway industry or a related field. You are used to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to set goals and timelines.

You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others as the work is carried out in close cooperation with both your own workgroup and other technical branches. Flexibility and service ability are prerequisites for delivering to our customers.

Work tasks in the railway require you to be attentive, meticulous, and have a strong focus on safety. We place great importance on personal suitability in the selection process.

We apply ongoing selection during the process, and the employment form is a probationary employment.

On-call duty as well as weekend and night work may occur.
